You'll ensure product initiatives align with the company’s overall strategy and contribute to growth, innovation, and client satisfaction.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Lead day-to-day management of the Specialty Tax portfolio (Small Business, U.S. Corporate), overseeing the full product lifecycle—including research, business case development, strategy, roadmap planning, development, testing, implementation, and continuous enhancement of existing and future products and services.
Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and partner with internal and external teams to develop content, tools, and training that support product success, improve client satisfaction, and optimize profitability.
Analyze key performance indicators, conduct competitive research, and design experiments to inform product strategies that drive growth, modernization, and improve Small Business, U.S., and corporate client experience.
Develop and maintain essential product documentation, including requirements, specifications, business readiness plans, and go-to-market strategies, and review deliverables with Legal, Marketing, and business leaders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including UX, Learning, IT, Marketing, and Content—to ensure product delivery aligns with strategic objectives, timelines, and Product Management best practices.
Manage project execution from initiation to implementation, identifying key stakeholders, constraints, and risks, developing actionable plans, and ensuring timely communication and delivery with a sense of urgency and ownership.
Key Qualifications:
3–5 years of product management experience, including leading cross-functional initiatives in Agile or iterative environments.
Customer-first mindset with a passion for building user-centered, web-based or digital experiences.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving, decision-making, and driving initiatives forward independently.
Highly organized and adaptable with a growth mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate insights into strategy.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with digital marketing, development processes, and key business drivers such as profit and loss (P&L).
