DISTRICT MANAGER (St. Catharines)

Your focus:

• Lead your district towards outstanding performance.

• Craft and implement district-specific plans to drive client growth, enhance revenue.

• Resolve client complaints promptly and elevate the overall client experience overall.

• Manage fiscal-year budgets maximizing efficiency and productivity.

• Spearhead local business development events to promote our brand.

• Hire and train a team of talented seasonal and off-season Associates.

• Contribute to our strategic retail footprint analysis.

• Stay updated of the competition to provide strategic recommendations to maintain our competitive edge.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, and 5 years experience in a retail environment or a relevant combination of equivalent education and experience.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver exceptional results within tight deadlines.

• An analytical mindset and a natural inclination towards generating innovative solutions.

• Ability to work flexible schedules and to travel up to 50% during Tax Season.

• Must have a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and current, valid vehicle insurance.
